Account Deletion Request

At Wohnenio, users can request deletion of their account and associated personal data at any time.

How to request account deletion

To request deletion of your Wohnenio account, send an email to:

Please include:

• The email address registered with your Wohnenio account
• Your username (if available)
• A request stating that you want your account deleted

What data will be deleted

After verifying the request, Wohnenio will delete or remove personal data associated with your account, including:

• User profile information
• Email address associated with the account
• User-created listings
• Uploaded profile or listing images
• User account information stored on our platform

Data that may be retained

Some information may be retained when required by law, for security purposes, fraud prevention, or legal obligations.

Processing time

Account deletion requests are reviewed and processed within a reasonable period after verification of account ownership.
